A lot of our customers have been contacted by phone, on the web or by email telling them that their computer is broken or infected. These people offer to access your computer remotely to inspect or fix your computer for a fee. We recommend that you contact us before allowing anyone to access your computer. Generally if anyone is contacting you about your computer without your prior knowledge it is a scam or an attack. Never call the numbers that are offered.
Cary Colett - Owner
Cary graduated from UC Santa Cruz in psychology. He was fascinated by what made people tick. He carried this interest over to computers. When the Apple One was released he was so amazed by it he promptly took it apart. Then moving on to the original IPM PC upgrading it to DOS 1.1. Cary worked in real estate and commercial building management before he found what he loved in technology. The newness and quick changes keep him interested. He mountain bike's with his son, loves motorcycles and speaks fluent German which he learned from his parents.
